Diff viewer for Custom Layout definitions (and merge editor?)

      Hello,

      whenever one customizes Layouts the definition will permanently override the one that ships with Confluence so any change carried over with newer versions will not be applied (possibly breaking existing features).

      It would be convenient to notify the Administrator performing the upgrade of this condition and improve the Layout editor by providing a diff view of the changes (and possibly an option to merge or ignore the changes or revert to original)
