Improve Confluence message regarding expired password in LDAP

      Currently, Confluence will display an invalid username and password (Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.) if the user has an expired password in LDAP. Customer wants to have a more specific message regarding the expired password instead of an invalid username and password message.

      The problem would happen to any external user repository: LDAP, Crowd, etc.
