Remote API support for templates

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Add ability to get, store, and list space and global templates. More advanced support would be allowing creating a page based on template and variable input.

      This would enable automation and TIMTAM.
