Need to restart tomcat if confluence unused for a while

      Tomcat 4.1.29 on RH Linux 9

      MySQL
      4.0.15-standard
      MySQL-AB JDBC Driver
      mysql-connector-java-3.0.11-stable ( $Date: 2004/02/04 02:47:36 $, $Revision: 1.27.2.34 $ )

      If confluence is unused for a while, we need to restart Tomcat because we get DB failures.

      That means I have to restart confluence every morning.
