In group picker, users are not told why they cannot see groups they are not a member of, and have logged support issues saying that the groups are broken when they add a custom group without adding themselves to it (see CONF-6044). There is no reminder that they must be a member of a group to restrict access to it.

Adding a sentence reminder to the group picker requires adding a variable since the gorup picker code is resused in space adminstration section as well as when editing page restrictions.
