No tests run with Test Optimization

Run Optimized button does not run any tests.
It gives a proper balloon notification with the number of tests to be run but then it runs none.
It is probably caused by yet another change in test runner in Idea.

Bad news is that when I tried to reproduce it on recent Idea9 it also failed.

The solution would require looking at how Idea runs it's test this time and find some hack to hook into the process - there is no clear API for that.
