Fix embedded crowd build to work with maven+clover plugin

The embedded crowd build was failing with clover turned on.

The problem was that when 'clean verify' was run before the clover goals, the clover.jar was no longer on the test time classpath.
This caused two tests to fail in the embedded-crowd-ofbiz module.

Adding a clover dependency with scope 'provided' seems to have fixed this.
