      Attached is a patch to the Hudson Clover plugin, that will provide the following Job Config Screen:

      When this option is checked, the CloverBuildWrapper will decorate the Launcher with Clover specific commands that will cause any java source code that is compiled to be instrumented with clover. At the end of a build, a Clover report will be generated.

      It would also be very nice to embed the full clover html report into the Clover coverage view. This would allow Hudson users to get a full source level view of their entire project and its code coverage directly in the browser!
