Save historical Clover data in ${user.home}/.cloverhistory automatically

      To make setting up Clover2's historical reports a lot simpler, use $USER_HOME/.cloverhistory to save history points.

      This will only occur if the user is using the Ant auto-integration:
      ie running:
      <clover-env/>
