Prepare integration tests for SharedCoverageRecorder

Integration tests like (all with partial global and per-test coverage):

• SharedCoverageRecorder with single InstrumentationSession and many classes

• SharedCoverageRecorder with multiple InstrumentationSessions, classes from sessions running together

• SharedCoverageRecorder with multiple clover databases (different initstrings)

• SharedCoverageRecorder with the same class compiled multiple times, different versions are running with coverage measurement,
