    Description

      The com.atlassian.crowd.integration.service.cache.CachingUserManager from the crowd-integration-client-soap:2.2.0 module is still not thread-safe. This is basically due to the Crowd team having abandoned (CWD-2041, CWD-2181) this approach completely.

      Alex improved the code in AOD-3547 which at least fixed the failing AGMP tests from AOD-2922.

      We should investigate how we can use the DB-based caching facilities introduced for embedded crowd for JIRA 4.3.
