Stash doesn't start

I have a Mac OS version 10.9.5
My version of stash is 3.1.0 with JDK 1.7.0_55
Whan i try to launch Stash with the command line startu.sh I get the following error in the atlassian-stash.log file:

In the browser I get the following error:
A fatal error has occurred

The following problems occurred which prevents Atlassian Stash from starting correctly:

�chec du d�marrage du plug-in com.atlassian.stash.stash-jira-integration requis
�chec du d�marrage du plug-in com.atlassian.crowd.embedded.admin requis

I follow the resolution task discribed in the knowledge base (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASHKB/Stash+failed+to+Start+due+to+Required+plugin+failed+to+start) but nothing change !
NOTE
Two weeks ago this version was perfectly working and i have changed anything in my environment
