Backup client will fail if an announcement is not acknowledged by user admin

    Description

      If you have the Stash Announcer plugin installed and there is an announcement for user 'admin' that was not acknowledged, Stash Backup Client will fail with the following stack trace:

      2013-11-19 08:47:19,757 ERROR        A backup could not be created. Reason: null
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: null
	at com.atlassian.stash.internal.backup.client.RestStashService.getFeatures(RestStashService.groovy:144) ~[stash-backup-client.jar:1.0.0]
	at com.atlassian.stash.internal.backup.client.DefaultBackupClient.getStashFeatures(DefaultBackupClient.groovy) ~[stash-backup-client.jar:1.0.0]
	... 4 more frames available in the log file

      In your Stash logs the following message will be seen:

      2013-11-19 08:47:19,722 ERROR [http-bio-7990-exec-4] admin 527x77310x1 1zcebe 10.4.0.121,127.0.0.1 "GET /admin/backups HTTP/1.0" c.w.filters.CheckAccessFilter /mvc/admin/backups

      The workaround is to log in as user admin, acknowledge the announcement and re-run the backup.
