Description
Currently the new Jira Cloud Integration option using Oauth is only event driven. This means it only updates Jira cloud with information after the feature is enabled. This can be an issue due to when ports are closed to traditional application links repopulation cannot occur. Any events dropped or lost, or any time we need to repopulate Jira side (example, changing cloud sites) will require re-opening of ports and fully enabling traditional application links.
Provide a way to send Jira cloud a full list of history over the Oauth method as to re-populate old data.
Current work-around is to create a traditional application link and open ports to Jira cloud using https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ in order for it to grab old data.
