Description
In JIRA 4.4.2, the format for drop-down list storage changed. This means that the some of the in-product "request support" links throw warnings when attempting to create an issue. The link for Bamboo is not currently broken, but this is a brittle way to get customers to create issues. A single change to the project structure or custom fields will result in errors. Also, no relevant customer data will be included when the issue is created, which often results in delays for the customer.
The "Request Support" link in the footer should be replaced with a link to the "Support Request" module in the Support Tools Plugin. That feature is designed to send a formatted email that is parsed and turned into an issue by a custom mail handler that is kept up to date with both SAC's configuration and the version of JIRA we're running.
