If I create a new user in Bamboo:

Béne Clowningpants (full name, not username)

He will show up as

Béne Clowningpants

Editing and saving this user will result in it becoming more mangled on each save.

Béne Clowningpants

I blame the French.

Hi Ben,

Turns out that our http requests were not encoded correctly. I have updated Bamboo to use the UTF-8 encoding so all characters should display correctly. The changes will be included in the next release (1.1.2).

Cheer,
Brydie
