Bamboo doesn't like it when plugins are reinstalled?

    Description

      I have a Bamboo plugin with a webwork (xwork) action.

      If I reinstall the plugin using the UPM (e.g. after making some changes to it) then I get a "Page Not Found" error when navigating to the action

      But if I bring up a new Bamboo instance (e.g. using mvn bamboo:debug) then I can navigate to the action just fine
