When a new project is created when build queues are disabled, the project sits there constantly polling the (CVS) server. When you view the project details (by clicking edit project), the setting is set to polling even though you may of set it to build only when triggered. If you then enable the queues and the build goes through, the setting is corrected.

When a build is kicked off from an existing project when the build is triggered, the build is 'queued' even though there are no build queues (i.e. when the build queues are enabled, the build then starts). Additionally, the 'queued' project also sits there constantly polling the server every second.
