Responding via IM to build notifications is unreliable, the comment is not ascribed to me

      Responding via IM to build notifications is unreliable.

      According to the docs, the following should have produced a comment:

      When I included the build key it worked:

[3:40 PM] jira-bamboo: PLUGINS-RPCPLUGIN-115 commented.

      But the comment was ascribed to Andreas. Further fun with this "feature" exposed the possible need for a Delete Comment button.
