IE7 presents an error message very often when attempting to edit a configuration of a plan. The error message reads:

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://limewire.org:8585/bamboo/build/admin/edit/editBuildConfiguration.action?buildKey=LW-NIGHTLY.

Operation aborted.

I recognize this error from GMail too, and it usually happens when attempting to load an image in an email that fails to load. When the error happens, the entire page is cancelled and it shows the generic failure page ("Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage\n Most likely causes:\nYou are not connected to the Internet. \nThe website is encountering problems. \nThere might be a typing error in the address." [\n's added for brevity]).

This can happen many times after hitting refresh, making it impossible to edit the configuration of a plan.
