Job Result Summary page continuously refreshing for pending job.

This was seen on BEAC.

When viewing a job in the second stage whilst the first stage is still building (so has not been queued yet). The plan is manually stopped so the pending job moves into a NOT_BUILT state. However, the build in the first stage is still building (the stop message is taking a while to get through). The page refreshes like crazy until the build finishes in the first stage.
