Git nonshallow plan should obtain full git history on local agent.

1. Create Plan A using repo R, enable "shallow clones".
2. Run build A. Cache would be filled with two shallowest changesets.
3. Create Plan B using the same repo R, disable "shallow clones".
4. Run build B. Check contents of JOB working directory (git log).
4a. I expected full history will be available in the agent's working directory.
4b. Where Currently I've got only first changeset
4c. along with error message "could not read <hash>" <- due to fact, that JOB's .git directory doesn't contain shallow file. But that's a minor issue here.
