If you remove the Script builder capability from the server capabilities its not possible to add it back

From a comment from a helpful customer on our developer blog:

If you remove the Script builder capability from the server
capabilities i cant see a way to add it back again.

I.e. The Script type is not availble from the drop down when you try to
add the builder back again.

Basially i dont want all agents to be able to run script. I only want
some agents to have the script capability, so i removed it as shared
capability but cant add it to a specific agen or even back again as a
shared capability.

Someone needs to confirm that this is a bug.
