Instant message notifications no longer say "X new test failures", just "2/486 tests failed."

I seem to recall that the Bamboo IM notifications used to tell me how many test failures were new. This seems to have gone missing in recent milestones on BEAC.

It's really useful information because it often tells you whether you broke the build or someone else did.
