Add XFire (Crowd) dependacy libraries and adjust configuration file to have stubbed out Crowd configurations.

The following JARs need to be included for Crowd to work:

xfire-all-1.2.1.jar

The most important one here is the commons-httpclient-3.0.jar must be version 3.0 or higher because of a library change after rc3 otherwise the existing version of the libs can be used EXCEPT for the httpclient.
