Overwrite Existing Data option is not effective

    Description

      The Overwrite Existing Data from the DB Setup installation step is not being completely effective. Data is not deleted and after the Admin User Creation step, the installation process fails when it tries to create DB entries that already exist.

      It should also be tested with other DBs (not only MySQL).
