CVS Client should use the CVS_RSH environment variable if available

    Description

      Some people have CVS_RSH property set to work with sshagent so that they don't need to enter passwords for SSH connections.

      This is currently ignored by Bamboo and a password is required to be entered.

      We should investigate to see if we can make this work by added CVS_RSH property to the environment of the CVS Client.

      I suspect this should be possible. See
