Dashboard Plan summary doesn't appear/update when build has never run

If a plan has never run, once it runs, the plan summary (see attchment) does not appear until a refresh is done - I saw the status indicator (the red square/green triangle) go from red->green, but no summary appeared. I had to refesh.
