Build identifier should be returned to caller using remote API execute build (/api/rest/executeBuild.action)

      Currently if remote client executes a build (or rather adds it to the queue) has no way to identify this build later on.
      It makes some integrations of 3rd party tools (in fact also JIRA via custom plugins) with Bamboo quite difficult.
