Cannot start Bamboo 2.6-rc1 on Windows x64

      Cannot start Bamboo 2.6-rc1 on Windows x64. I tested 2.5.5 and did not get the same problem.

      Attached is a screenshot showing the error message when the BambooConsole.bat is run.
