Clover 3 coverage reports cannot be parsed by Bamboo

Clover3 introduced a schema (http://schemas.atlassian.com/clover3/report) for the coverage report which bamboo does not handle when parsing the clover.xml.

The simple change here is to make the XML parsing of the report clover xml report aware of the new namespace.
