Currently if the evaluation license expires you will get redirected to the update license page. If however you are a normal user (not an admin user) you will just get a permission denied exception on the screen, because they don't have the permissions to update the license.

They should get taken to a nice screen saying - Sorry your license has expired please contact and administrator to update the license.
