build result summary (build duration) chart scale is misleading

      The scaling on the build result summary chart can mislead the user.

      The chart displays relative build durations and not absolute ones.

      If all builds take pretty much the same time (say 1h +/- 1m) and one off takes 10m less this may lead users to assume that something is wrong.
