I'm struggling to answer this customer's question from the docs and was hoping that someone could help me out. Here's the discussion, so far:

1. This customer believes that we have incorrect file references in our wrapper.conf file, as mentioned here:

2. I had a chat with Brydie when she was covering support for Uli and answered the customer with this response (basically that the conf directory is a sibling of the lib directory):

3. However, he cannot find a lib directory that is a sibling of the conf directory, as per this comment:
