In bamboo.sh *Bamboo.bat JAVA_HOME is not used to start bamboo

    Description

      Bamboo.sh starts bamboo with
      RUN_CMD="java -Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
      accoding to our installation documentation setting JAVA_HOME points bamboo to the JDK of choice.

      This is not the case as the system's java JDK is used as defined in 

      $ whereis java

      We should clarify this to avoid confusion. Possibly JAVA_HOME can be checked in used if defined in bamboo.sh.
