P4Exe Is cached randomly

    Description

      I thought there was already an issue open for this but I couldn't find it. But I finally managed to reproduce this.

      The P4 executable location is cached in the PerforceRepository class. It only looks up the value if stored one is null. This means that changes to the perforce capability are not always picked up.
