Artifact editing/viewing screens are inconsistent in the order of the columns

      When you're editing Artifact rules it puts the columns in the order Name, Wildcard, Directory.

      When you view them it puts them in the order Name, Directory, Wildcard

      This is inconsistent and should be both the same (I prefer Name, Directory, Wildcard, as it more clearly indicates the wildcard applies to the directory).
