Bamboo doesn't delete administrationconfiguration.xml file after finishing import

Bamboo writes the plan configuration to administrationconfiguration.xml while exporting, and reads from this file while importing.

Once the import finishes it leaves the administrationconfiguration.xml file lying around in the <Bamboo-Home>/xml-data/configuration folder - we should delete this file, once we are done with the import.
