when all tests fail, message says no tests found

Haven't got 0.4 working off your site yet - the zip files corrupted. When all our tests fail (and it knows - the logs show it coming up with :

[junit] Tests run: 1, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Time elapsed: 0 sec

) it says 'No tests found!'

I think this is wrong...
