While creating a new plan on BEAC (2.0-SNAPSHOT), I got a warning:

There is currently no Instant Messaging Server or Email Server Configured. Bamboo will not send out any notifications.

However, there is both a mail server and IM server configured on this server. I tested the IM server and it's working correctly. The logic that displays this error message during build creation seems to be checking something incorrectly.
