    Description

      Hi, here is the situation:

        When finishing hotfix branches, the branches are deleted and the final commit tagged.

      Therefore, no branch remains, but a tag does.

      It is not possible to rebuild this commit in Bamboo without creating a branch for it;

      Passing the SHA-1 or the tag ref still results in a failure:

      com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.git.GitCommandException: command /usr/bin/git branch -a --contains b437430c556dede24441557d4f2d11423efdd45c failed with code 129. Working directory was [/data01/bamboo/xml-data/build-dir/_git-repositories-cache/2720121fad1f9fe9ee6d9ea2caa6f79dd36bb873]., stderr: error: no such commit b437430c556dede24441557d4f2d11423efdd45c

      It is desirable for bamboo to be able to reach these tagged commits without having to create a branch for them.
