Set a time limit on number of times Bamboo tries to checkout.

      When a build is executed and in certain cases, where SVN update fails - Bamboo doesn't stop trying to update the logs.

      Scenario 2 - the connection to SVN is lost and when a build is executed Bamboo is in a flux state trying to checkout and there is no way to stop the build.

      We had a limit on how many times Bamboo tries to update.
