Hiding and better handling of Forgot Password link

    Description

      If a read only repository is being used, Bamboo should provide an option to hide the Forgot Password link rather than just throwing the message This user is read only and can't have password reset..

      If a crowd repository is being used, the forgot password link should redirect to the crowd password reset instead.
