Incorrect message in error page when configuring notification for invalid groups/users

Scenario - Adding notifications with IM and Mail server configured

Steps to replicate - Add a user or group that does not exist.

Symptom - Bamboo will righfully say that the user/group does not exist but also "There is currently no Instant Messaging Server or Email Server Configured. Bamboo will not send out any notifications." warning message is diplayed on the top.
