Bamboo dashboard never updates Plan name if it has been changed

      Seems the cache for the dashboard never updates the name of a plan when the plan name has changed.

      To reproduce:
      1. Create a build pan called "X"
      2. Visit dashboard
      3. Edit plan 'X" and change name to "Y"
      4. Visit dashboard again - you should see that the name is still X
