As part of BAM-113, we had to remove code supporting the Java Service Wrapper (http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/doc/english/introduction.html) which provides some pretty useful reliablility benefits. We should try to get this reintegrated with the installer version of Bamboo for the next release.
