Once you startup the server, and goto http://localhost:8085 it shows you that your environment is not setup correctly. I had to create the file WEB-INF/classes/bambo-init.properties and guess that I had to have a property called "bambo.home"

Hi Scott,

Which distribution of the Bamboo application did you install? Was it using the wndows installer or another distributable?

Using the windows installer, you should have been able to specify this path during installation. However, if you used the other distributables, the step you have outlined is indeed required for Bamboo to be fully configured.

As an alternative, you can also specify the bamboo home location by setting a "bamboo.home" system environment property.

Does this mean you have managed to get Bamboo up and running now?
