ShutdownHook doesn't work correctly in Tomcat

    Description

      com.atlassian.bamboo.container.ShutdownHook isn't able to access the projects to ensure that builds are shutdown nicely.

      Not 100% what the problem is. Will need to investigate the proper way this is meant to work
