      Currently, only one builder can be configured against each plan and it would be nice to be able to configure more than one builder per plan.

            Builders have now been replaced with Tasks for 3.1.

            This feture is an absolute must.

            It's not clear to whom the contact request is to. I'm also interested in this feature (one of the duplicate issues). I'm available for feedback as well.

            I too need this.

            Add one for me. This is a basic operation in both Hudson and Team city. The plug-in looks promising but [BPBC-24:https://developer.atlassian.com/jira/browse/BPBC-24] is a deal breaker for me.

            @Amit,

            you can try the pre post build plugin to fire off shell scripts around your build process.

            There is also the option to use dependent plans to deploy different builders subsequently.

            Hudson as well as Quickbuild provide for multiple builders in a plan. As a build may not only require maven/ant based build, I may require to fire-off a shell script prior to build and after the build is complete. The latter one, may be used for auto-deployment on a remote server. I was able to do these things with ease in Quickbuild and the problem is, it has been more than a year now, since my last comment in Bamboo forum but there hasn't been any reply.

            Regards,
            Amit

            Absolutely this is an important feature to have. At my workplace, we have been using Hudson which supports multi-step builds. I have to admit it is painful to retrofit such builds into Bamboo for this reason. We have had to use the Script plugin and inline some semicolon-delimited commands to accomplish running more than one Ant target (from different build files).
