JBAM - JIRA doesn't pull the build details from Bamboo if the Bamboo build is triggered by releasing a version in JIRA

    Description

      The steps to reproduce this:

      1. Create a version in JIRA and trigger a Bamboo plan when releasing that version in JIRA
      2. Navigate to the Bamboo build result page and manually link that build result to a JIRA issue
      3. Click on the linked JIRA issue key and you will see the null values as depicted in the attached screenshots.
